All items are offered subject to prior sale. All items are guaranteed to be as described. Some items will be sold as-is without guarantee due to the age/condition of the item itself. These items and as-is terms will be clearly designated in the product description.

Refund / Return Policy

All returns must have prior authorization before a refund can be issued. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of the return authorization but no greater than 30 days from receipt of the item for a full refund or exchange unless otherwise stipulated in the terms of sale for that item. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as originally sent unless the item(s) arrived damaged. If an item is returned because of an error on our part, the shipping costs will be refunded as well.

Shipping policy

Denali Bay uses numerous shipping options to include USPS, FEDEX, UPS and other services for shipments destined for locations outside the United States. Typical orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the time they are received. In situations requiring a longer lead time, the customer will be notified of any delay and notified when the package has shipped.
